What is Coaching?
Coaching is partnering with Clients to help them maximise their personal and professional potential.
What does a Coach do?
A Coach works with you through areas of your life where you feel stuck and identifies where you might want to make changes, offering guidance and an open perspective.
What am I going to learn?
You may learn tools and techniques you can apply to create change in your life. You may learn to create awareness of your thought processes and how to move beyond your fears.
What's the difference between coaching and counselling?
Coaching helps you to set and achieve goals drawing from your own skills as well as the coaches.
Counselling helps you to identify problems and work towards moving beyond them using a therapeutic approach.
I am qualified as a Life Coach and in counselling skills so I'm able to use my experience to help you in both areas.
How many sessions will I need?
That is ENITRELY up to you. Some clients find clarity after one session, some clients like to book a block and work towards a specific goal, some clients like to have regular ongoing sessions to have that continued support and motivation.

Can I have coaching online?
Yes! In fact nearly all 1:1 sessions are online now to save time and money on travel and to keep the cost of sessions down as there is no additional room hire costs.
